Our classroom cameras are for families who have children currently enrolled in our program. Our goal is to reassure parents that their children are being well cared for while at Step By Step. This is a secure camera system and all users must receive a username and password.

Please note: if you are trying to view video from your place of employment and your employer has a firewall installed, it may block the video. If you have any problems, please contact the Director of your child's program.

Camera Issues?
We apologize that our Latchkey Programs do not have camera access as they are outside of our center locations.
Having Difficulties? Try this first:
- Know that most of our cameras run on our wireless network and can cut out and lag at times. Try logging out and back in.
- Try a different device or a different app! Our cameras are visible on computers and mobile devices. If using a mobile device, choose a different app by searching foscam.
- If you still are having difficulties, reach out to your program director or use this form to reach the Executive Director.
